Fredonia Police
Robert Barnett, 24, of Douglas Street was charged with trespass July 21. At 1:56 a.m. police observed a conflict outside of Valen-tine's on Water Street. Bar-nett allegedly shoved another male inside the bar and refused to leave. When Bar-nett saw police, he took off running. Police were able to apprehend him on Norton Place. He was released on an appearance ticket.
Alexis S. Campbell, 18, of Route 39, Forestville was charged with petit larceny July 21. At 5:15 police were called to Walmart for the report of a theft. It was reported Campbell took three boxes of hair dye without paying for them. She was released on $250 bail.
Matthew L. Walker, 24, of Lakeview was charged with having an open container on July 22. At 1:54 a.m. police observed Walker walking in Barker Common holding an open beer. He was released on an appearance ticket.
Abigail J. Weaver, 21, of Versailles Road, Forest-ville was charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08 or more and failure to use designated lane on July 22. At 5:27 a.m. police saw Weaver driving in the turning lane on East Main Street. When pulled over, Weaver smelled of intoxicants and had red, bloodshot watery eyes. She failed several field sobriety tests. Her BAC was found to be at .16. She was released on her own recognizance.
Shawn M. Bailey, 24, of West Main Street was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operator and not wearing a helmet while operating a motorcycle Sun-day. At 11:04 a.m., police were stopped at the intersection of Day and East Main streets when they saw Bailey not wearing a helmet. He was also found to have a suspended license. He was released on $250 bail.
Andrew R. Yerico, 33, of Mullet Street, Dunkirk was charged with third-degree robbery, second-degree burglary and fourth-degree criminal mischief on July 22. He was picked up by Dunkirk Police on a warrant for an incident that happened on July 2. Police received a report of Yerico going to a residence on Chestnut Street and causing damage and taking items from the residence. He was held at Fredonia Police awaiting arraignment.
Rickie Ecker, 22, of Lake Shore Drive East was charged with petit larceny on July 22. At 10:58 p.m. Police were called to Walmart for the report of a theft. Ecker allegedly took 16 items totaling $168.30 from the store without paying for them. Ecker was released on $250 bail.
Alahna Nusom, 18, of Cass Street, Westfield was charged with petit larceny on July 23. At 10:15 p.m. police were called to Walmart for the report of a theft. Nusom allegedly took 21 items totaling $121.74 from the store without paying for them. Nusom was released on an appearance ticket.
