MAYVILLE - District Attorney David W. Foley announced the following pleas and sentences in Chautauqua County Court:
Matthew A. Kiendl, 27, of Jamestown, was sentenced to 7 years in state prison and 5 years post-release supervision for second-degree attempted burglary.
Jose A. Morales, 37, of Second Street, Dunkirk, was sentenced to six months in jail and five years probation for third-degree burglary.
Ruben Santos, 28, of 121 King St., Dunkirk, was sentenced to 4 1/2 months in jail and five years probation for fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
Melody Lebowitz, 23, of Jamestown, was sentenced to 3 years probation, $500 fine and 3 years ignition interlock device for misdemeanor driving while intoxicated. She was given a 1-year conditional discharge for second-degree criminal contempt.
Dunkirk Police
Stephen Partyka, 28, of Route 5 was charged July 19 with third-degree criminal possesion of marijuana, un-lawful possession of marijuana, having an open container, failure to stop at a red light and unlicensed operator.
Adam Fuller, 24, of Brig-ham Road was charged with following too closely and speed not reasonable July 20.
Luis A. Santang, 40, of Eagle Street was charged with following too closely on July 20.
Jordan L. Logan, 18, of Fourth Street was charged with violating the city noise ordinance on July 21.
Joseph J. Brooks, 29, of East Courtney Street was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief on July 21.
Luis G. Morales Calderon, 45, of Canary Street was charged with operating a motor vehicle off roadway on July 21.
Richard D. Timmermen, 40, of North Pangolin was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest on July 22.
Angel M. Figueroa, 37, of King Street was charged with having no license and loud exhaust on July 22.
Jeffrey B. Kane, 45 of Grant Avenue was charged with petit larceny on July 17.
Jahmaul Johnson, 39, of North Gazelle Street was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, second-degree assault and obstruction on July 22.
Elizabeth Bundy, 28, of East Main Street, Fredonia was charged with petit larceny on July 24.
Lorie S. Timmerman, 43, of West Sixth Street was charged with third-degree driving while intoxicated, improper right turn, failure to keep right and having no insurance on July 24.
Justin T. Schuk, 30, of West Chestnut Street was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance from a previous charge on July 25.
Josean Gutierrez, 24, of East Second Street was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign on July 25.
Edward D. Skelly, 45, of Main Street was charged with unlawful possession of fireworks on July 25.
James A. Howard, 19, of Route 60, Cassadaga was charged with driving while intoxicated and moving from lane unsafely July 26.
Fay Virgil, 23, of Wis-teria Drive, Fredonia was charged with unlicensed op-eration of a vehicle July 26.
Debra J. Buchanan, 56, of South Gazelle Street was charged with petit larceny on July 26.
Michael A. Grazio, 41, of Meyers Road, Forestville was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign, having no inspection, having no registration and having no insurance on July 26.
Amanda L. Ross, 26, of Webster Street was charged with violating the noise ordinance on July 26.
Juan Corraliza-Cruz, 29, of Lake Shore Drive West was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct on July 27.
Brenda Mosley, 56, of Lord Street was charged with having broken glass on vehicle and no inspection on July 27.
A. F. Piscitello, 27, of Buffalo was charged with having no inspection July 28.
Robert Cavender, 55, of Jamestown was charged with disorderly conduct July 28.
Jeremiah Tolliver, 33, of Main Street was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment on July 29.
Christian Maestre of South Gazelle Street was charged with third-degree assault.
