Owners Joseph Polisoto and Brenda Polisoto D'Angelo, both native residents, are offering parents a convenient and economical way to diaper their babies. Hills Department Store Inc. will lease the now vacant Twin Fair store located on Vineyard Drive in the town of Dunkirk. Store renovations will total about $500,000. Hills has a 20-year lease with Twin Fair Inc., with the option to purchase the building after 10 years.
