Melinda J. Christopher, 49, of Buffalo was charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest and second-degree criminal impersonation on July 30.
Chandler A. Graham, 21, of Rochester was charged with having an inadequate muffler and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle on July 30.
Yesenia Corcho, 22, of West Fourth Street was charged with third-degree facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle on July 30.
Marcia I. Brown, 47, of Buffalo was charged with passing on right on July 30.
Levi. A. Pfleuger of Dennison Road, Forestville was charged with having inadequate exhaust and unlawful possession of marijuana on July 30.
Michael J. Plaza, 38, of South Roberts Road was charged with having a motorcycle license plate not displayed on July 30.
Abraham J. Robinson Jr., 25, of Washington Avenue was charged with unlicensed operation on July 31.
Yolanda Maldonado, 33, of West Second Street was charged with operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile phone and having no insurance on Aug. 1.
Nelson X. Irizarry, 22, of Deer Street was charged with unlicensed operation and having no inspection on Aug. 1.
Rotunda L. Buchanan, 43, of Deer Street was charged with having no headlight and no insurance on Aug. 1.
State Police
KENNEDY - On Tuesday, a trooper charged Michelle Prince, 45, of Kennedy, for driving while intoxicated. Prince was pulled over on Hartson Road for a reported traffic violation. She reportedly failed several field sobriety tests, and was charged.
Prince was transported to the state police barracks in Jamestown where she provided a breath sample reported to be .10 percent. She was processed, issued tickets returnable to the Town of Poland Court, and released to a sober individual.
