COLLINS - Patricia Ann Eddy, 69, a homemaker, died Wednesday, August 01, 2012 at Mercy Hospital in Buffalo, New York. She was born June 07, 1943 in Rochester, NY the daughter of the late John and Rose Osborn. Patricia will be remembered for her love of family and her excellent cooking. She is survived by her former husband Merwin Eddy of Collins, NY, four sons; Charles Eddy and Patrick J. Eddy both of Collins, Edward M. Tina) Eddy and Terry E. (Tammy) Eddy both of Gowanda,
NY, two daughters; Louanne (Joseph) Lyndsley and Tracey L. (David) Krajewski both of Gowanda, NY, 12 grandchildren, her brother Michael Osborn of
St Petersburg, FL, two sisters; Genny (Sonny) Brown and Rosemary Lamb of Fulton, NY. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers; John Osborn
and Robert Osborn, five sisters: Marie Pickerine, Pauline Marscalkowski, Besse Cirico, Katie Gullo and Charlotte Bowers. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 7,
2012 at 11:00 a.m. from Hills Funeral Chapel, 255 Aldrich Street, Gowanda, NY. The Rev. Kenneth Pratt of Cherry Creek Assembly of God will be officiating. Burial will be in the Pine Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral chapel on Monday August 6, 2012 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.
