Linda Carol Rugg, 63, died Wednesday, August 08, 2012 at Mercy Hospital in Buffalo, NY.
She was born September 14, 1948 in Gowanda, NY the daughter of the late Edgar Stanley and Hazel (Short) Boring, Sr.
Linda was a mother and homemaker.
She is survived by a son Ryan T. (Elizabeth) Rugg of South Dayton, NY, two daughters; Pamela Anne Boring of Gowanda, NY, Melinda L. Schweickert of Dayton, NY, her grandchildren; Sadie Schweickert of Dayton, NY, Damon Schweickert of Dayton, NY, Matthew T. Rugg of South Dayton, NY, two brothers; Edgar Boring, Jr. of Cherry Creek, NY, Glenn Boring of South Dayton, NY, and one sister; Irene Hahn of Dayton, NY.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her spouse, John Thomas Rugg.
A memorial service will be held Friday, August 10, 2012 at 4:00 P.M. at Hills Funeral Chapel, 478 Balcom Corners, Rte. 83 South Dayton, NY. Rev. Bruce Fish of Cherry Creek - Leon United Methodist Church will be officiating. Inurnment will be in the Park Lawn Cemetery, Wesley, NY.
Visitation will be held at the funeral chapel on Fri-day from 2-4 P.M.
