CASSADAGA - Cassadaga Lakes Association will sponsor three events on Sunday, Sept. 2.
At 3:30 p.m. a boat parade will leave from the DEC boat launch on Dale Drive. All participants are invited to decorate their boats or come as they are and meet at 3:15 at the boat launch.
The Dunkirk Middle School Steel Marauder Band will entertain at the Cassadaga beach from 4 to 5 p.m. All are welcome.
The associations's annual Ducky Derby fundraiser follows at 5:30 p.m. at the bridge on Maple Avenue and Mill Street. Buy a duck and cheer it on. Prizes will be awarded. Tickets can be purchased from any Cassadaga Lake Association member or at the concert before the race. Call 384-4023 for information or tickets.
