Freddi Robles-Salvador, 32, of Lake Shore Drive East was charged with criminal mischief on Aug. 16.
Danielle N. Payne, 22, of Jamestown was charged with harassment on Aug. 16 from a previous charge.
Stephen M. Easley, 25, of Lincoln Avenue was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief on Aug. 16 from a previous charge.
Willard L. Wright III, 25, of Deer Street was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing and resisting arrest on Aug. 16 from a previous charge.
Norman I. Geddis, 42, of Lincoln Avenue was charged with having no lights, failure to stop at a stop sign, failure to comply, failure to stop at a red light, failure to keep right, unlicensed operation, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving while intoxicated and obstruction on Aug. 17.
Rachelle L. Howard, 38, of Lake Shore Drive West was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and having no inspection on Aug. 17.
Robert Cavender, 51, of Jamestown was charged with disorderly conduct on Aug. 18 on a previous charge.
Rodrigo Salazar, 19, of North Pangolin Street was charged with failure to stop at a red light and unlicensed operator on Aug. 19.
Robert Denson-Copeland, 22, of Townsend Street was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property on Aug. 20.
Gonzalo A. Figueroa, 25, of Jacksonville, Fla. was charged with having no insurance, no inspection, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, having a suspended registration and stopped on pavement on Aug. 20.
Westfield Police
On Aug. 8, a Dunkirk male was sent to Chautauqua County Jail on a warrant from Westfield Court.
Around 12:15 p.m., Westfield police were contacted by the Dunkirk Office of Probation to report a male in their office who allegedly had an active violation of probation warrant . The warrant was confirmed, the male arraigned in Westfield Court and remanded to Chautauqua County Jail.
On Aug. 8, a Dewittville man was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operator, and unregistered motor vehicle.
At 7:45 p.m., police stopped a vehicle operated by Kurt Kraemer, 52, of Dewittville, for an alleged traffic infraction. During the traffic stop, it was allegedly found Kraemer had an expired license as well as a suspended license.
Kramer was issued traffic tickets for the charges.
A Jamestown man was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and speed in zone after a traffic stop Aug. 11.
Around 8:20 p.m., Westfield police stopped a vehicle operated by Jason Seekings, 26, of Jamestown, for an alleged traffic infraction. During the stop, it was allegedly found Seekings' license was suspended.
He was issued tickets.
On Aug. 12, a Westfield man was charged with open container of alcohol.
Around 10:05 p.m., a Westfield patrolman was walking the beat on East Main Street. The officer allegedly observed Chandler Pool, 21, of Westfield, with an open container of alcohol in a public parking lot. Pool was released with an appearance ticket.
State Police at Jamestown
GERRY - On Saturday, Bradley Rhoades, 21, of Celoron was charged with driving while intoxicated.
A trooper responded to a complaint of a suspicious vehicle at a residence. The caller reported a vehicle in his driveway with the driver slumped over the wheel. The trooper located the vehicle. Rhoades was reportedly behind the wheel in an intoxicated condition. He reportedly failed several field sobriety tests.
He was transported to state police barracks in Jamestown where the breath sample he provided was reported to be .09 percent.
Rhoades was processed, issued tickets returnable to the Town of Gerry Court and released to a sober individual.
GERRY - On Saturday, a trooper charged Brianna Webb, 20, of Bemus Point and Audrey Milliner, 18, of Jamestown with driving while intoxicated following a two-car property accident on Route 60.
The accident was called in by a Jamestown police officer who reportedly witnessed Webb rear-end Milliner at the four-way intersection, rendering both cars inoperable.
Both Webb and Milliner reportedly failed several field sobriety tests. Both were transported to state police barracks in Jamestown. Both provided a breath sample. Webb's was reported at .22 percent and Milliner's at .13 percent. Since Webb had a previous conviction for DWI, her charged was upgraded to a felony.
Each was processed, issued tickets returnable to the Town of Gerry Court, and released to a sober individual. Neither was injured during the collision.
On Sunday, Lori Carr, 30, of Jamestown was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated.
A trooper was advised by a passerby of a person passed out at the wheel of her vehicle on the 3rd Street Bridge in Jamestown. The trooper located the vehicle and reportedly observed Carr at the wheel in an intoxicated condition. She reportedly failed several field sobriety tests and was transported to state police barracks in Jamestown. The breath sample she provided was reported to be .20 percent.
Carr was processed, issued tickets returnable to the City of Jamestown Court and released to a sober individual.
On Sunday, Vicky Sanders, 43, of Bemus Point was charged with felony driving while intoxicated. A trooper stopped on Route 430 to assist Sanders who was pulled over on the shoulder. She reported failed several field sobriety tests.
She was transported to the state police barracks in Jamestown where the breath sample she provided was reported to be .16 percent. Because Sanders had been previously convicted of driving while intoxicated within the past 10 years, the charge was upgraded to a felony.
Sanders was processed, issued tickets returnable to the Town of Ellicott Court and released to a sober individual.
State Police at Collins
PERRYSBURG - On Thursday, Charisse Twoguns, 24, from the Cattaraugus Indian Reservation was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated.
Troopers responded to the scene of a car that had run off Prospect Street and into the bushes. Twoguns was the driver. Her blood alcohol content was reported to be .22 percent.
She was processed and issued tickets to appear in the Town of Perrysburg Court in September.
PERRYSBURG - On Thursday at about 2 a.m., Mario Espinoza, 42, of Buffalo was charged with driving while intoxicated.
Troopers investigated a motorcycle crash on State Route 39 west of the Village of Gowanda. A Gowanda police officer arrived on the scene and assisted the state police after the operator of the motorcycle fled into the woods.
The Erie County Sheriff's office also assisted at the scene with a K-9 patrol and located Espinoza hiding in a wooded area a few hundred feet from the crash site.
Espinoza was transported by the Cattaraugus Indian Reservation ambulance to Lake Shore Hospital in Irving for treatment of abrasions and a complaint of stomach pain.
He was arraigned in the Town of Perrysburg Court and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail awaiting further court proceedings.
CATTARAUGUS INDIAN RESERVATION - On Thursday, troopers charged Joshua Sanchez, 18, from Evans for unlawful possession of marijuana after stopping a vehicle for speeding on Route 438.
Sanchez was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Collins Court in September.
RIPLEY - On Friday, troopers charged Patrick David Gallagher, 38, of Pittsburgh, Pa., for aggravated driving while intoxicated.
He was stopped during a road check conducted with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation on Route 5 near Route 76. It was reported that Gallagher smelled strongly of alcohol and possessed an open container of beer in the console of his vehicle.
Gallagher was arraigned and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail awaiting further court proceedings.
