Ruby I. Dugan of Dunkirk passed away on Tuesday, August 21, 2012, in the Chautauqua County Home.
She was born in St. Catharines, Ontario, on May 31, 1920, a daughter of the late Noris and Eliza [Anderson] Nelson.
Mrs. Dugan moved to Niagara Falls, NY in 1945.

She was employed as a sales clerk with McCrory's and Neisner's for many years.
Mrs. Dugan loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren, and enjoyed reading and traveling.
Mrs. Dugan was the wife of the late William W. Dugan, who died on August 21, 1998.
She is survived by one daughter, Helen (Chris) Leysath of Fredonia, NY; two sons, James (Nola) Dugan of Glendale, AZ and Thomas (Leslie) Dugan of Lewiston, NY; also 11 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
She was the mother of the late Patricia Williams and sister of the late Lloyd, Fred, Bill and Ruth Nelson.
Private funeral services will be held at the wishes of her family.
Interment at Niagara Falls Memorial Park Cemetery, Lewiston, NY.
