SINCLAIRVILLE - A Sinclairville man is accused of having sexual contact with a toddler.
According to the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Department, Robert Calvey, 67, of Hillside Estates, Old Chautauqua Road has been charged with first-degree sexual abuse.
Deputies allege Calvey had sexual contact with a 2-year-old female on Aug. 8 during the morning hours at Hillside Estates.

Calvey was charged following a joint investigation of the Sheriff's Department, the District Attorney's Office, and Child Protective Services.
He was taken into custody on an arrest warrant Friday without incident. Calvey was sent to the Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash/$100,000 property bail.
