Justice’s work warrants re-election

August 27, 2012
The OBSERVER

Editor, OBSERVER:

Connie Johnson has served our town well as town justice. I was on the Town Board for eight years and Connie became the judge during one of my terms of office and held that position during much of my time on the board. I was one of the board members who voted in the unanimous vote to have her fill the vacant position when one justice left in the middle of a term.

I sat in as court officer a time or two and watched the court proceedings. All was done with professionalism and knowledge that can not be learned in a couple of years. Connie Johnson is honest, diligent and has always taken the job as Judge seriously, representing the town well.

THOMAS HOWARD,

Perrysburg
