Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office

Around 10:45 p.m., Justin P. Simonetti, 25, of Lancaster, was stopped on South Shore Drive for inadequate headlamps; after further investigation it was alleged Simonetti was intoxicated. Simonetti was arrested for DWI, DWI per se. It was also found Simonetti was also operating the vehicle on a suspended drivers license and was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator. He is scheduled to appear in Hanover Court.

Around 7 p.m. Michael R. Kemp, 24, of Buffalo, was stopped on Iola Drive by deputies on foot patrol.

After further investigation it was alleged Kemp was in possession of an open container of alcohol.

Also around 7 p.m., deputies observed a female on Iola Drive in Sunset Bay with an open container of alcohol. Deputies spoke with the subject and she was identified as Ashley M. Golden, 24, also of Buffalo.

Each were issued an appearance ticket for open container.

Dunkirk Police

Stephen M. Easley, 25, of Lincoln Avenue was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and unlawful possession of marijuana on Aug. 23 on previous charges.

Reyes Hernandez At-ayde, 39, of Ruggles Street was charged with two counts of obstruction of a governmental administrator, resisting arrest, failure to yield at a stop sign and driving while intoxicated on Aug. 23.

Dylan M. Monroe, 21, of Jamestown was charged with failure to stop at a red light on Aug. 23.

Jeremy D. Jackson, 23, of Maple Avenue was charged with fifth-degree conspiracy and third-degree hindering prosecution on Aug. 24.

Elizabeth Bundy, 27, of Fredonia was charged with petit larceny, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, having driver's view obstructed and no insurance Aug. 24 on previous charges.

Luz M. Davila, 46, of Jamestown was charged with having an open container in a motor vehicle on Aug. 25.

Byron K. Oaks, 24, of South Ermine Street was charged with two counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and driving while intoxicated on previous charges as well as obstruction of a governmental administrator and resisting arrest on Aug. 26.

David W. Adams, 53, of Hoyt Street was charged with second-degree harassment, second-degree menacing and second-degree obstruction on Aug. 26.

Kenneth L. Przybyla, 59, of Central Avenue was charged with driving while intoxicated on Aug. 26.

Eric R. Sayers, 31, of Fredonia was charged with having no proof of insurance and no turn signal on Aug. 27.

Ronnette Halftown of Columbus Avenue was charged with violating the noise ordinance on Aug. 27.
