OTTO A Gowanda man was pronounced dead after an accident Friday night.
According to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office, deputies were called to an accident on North Otto Road in the town of Otto around 9:50 p.m. It was reported Howard W. Miller, 64, of Gowanda was driving a 1990 Jeep Wrangler when he lost control around a curve and was ejected from the vehicle.
East Otto Fire Department transported the male to Bertrand Chaffee Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
The Schindler Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
