Denni Yorke died Wednesday (Aug. 29, 2012) at ECMC Hospital in Buffalo following her courageous battle with cancer. She was born on Nov. 12, 1955 to Margaret (Abbata) Gennuso and the late Sam Gennuso. Denni was the wife of the late John Yorke.
Besides her mother, Denni is survived by her brother, Sam Gennuso, nieces (Briea and Keyona), nephews (Sam and Adam and great-niece Aliana. She will be greatly missed by her Best Golden Girl Friends Kathy Dankert, Debi Gorka, Patty Leone, and Michelle Hill. She also leaves a dear friend, Cathy Gugino.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Anthony Gennuso.

Denni was a member of the Fredonia Beaver Club, serving as past president and trustee of the Ladies' Auxiliary.
A gathering will be held on Saturday (Sept. 12, 2012) at the Fredonia Beaver Club of Fredonia, N.Y. Relatives and friends are invited to the 12 o'clock luncheon in remembering and celebrating Denni's life.
Interment will be at the St. Anthony's Cemetery in Fredonia, N.Y.
All arrangements have been made by the Fantauzzi Funeral Home 82 Main Street, Fredonia, N.Y.
