Ryanne Dugan's 12 assists and four aces lifted the Forestville Lady Hornets (2-0) to a sweep of the Fredonia Lady Hillbillies (0-2).
The scores were 25-15, 25-11, 25-14.
Emily Gilman contributed with four kills and five aces while Sydney Youngberg had three kills in the win. Also, Cherish Pope added four aces and five digs and Kendra Silleman added eight digs for the Lady Hornets.
The Lady Hillbillies were led by Maddie Crandall's eight assists and two aces and Alyssa Crespo charted three kills and two aces in a losing effort.
Forestville won the jayvee match.

SOUTH DAYTON - Dunkirk (1-0) dropped Pine Valley (0-1) in a five-set affair Tuesday, 25-18, 12-25, 25-19, 18-25, 25-21, in girls' non-league volleyball action.
Khee Nance led the Lady Marauders with eight aces, eight kills, two blocks and two digs while Lacy Clark had nine assists and four blocks. Alexis Clark added four digs, three aces and a kill in the win while teammate Sarah Hanlon had two aces, two kills and two blocks.
Kayce Abers led the Lady Panthers with nine kills and three blocks while Kayla Mansfield had six kills, two aces and two blocks. Aleah Fancher had eight kills, Aaren Waterman charted six kills and five blocks and Ahleen Pollock had 13 assists in the loss.
