Church to hold ‘kick-off’ Sunday

Christ Community Church, located at 219 Berry St., Fredonia, has announced that this week is officially "Kick-off Sunday."

Sunday school for all ages will return. Sunday School for adults and Kids Konnection for children in pre-K through 12th grade will take place at 9:30 a.m.

The worship service will take place at 10:45 a.m. After Sunday's worship service, a barbecue will be held. Everyone is invited to stay.

After this week, a new sermon series entitled "The Me I want to be" will be presented. Topics include "Discovering the Spirit," "Renewing My Mind," "Redeeming My Time," "Deepening My Relationships" and "Transforming My Experience."

This Sunday the CCC's youth group will return. The youth group meets Sunday nights at 6 p.m. for both middle and high school students. Visitors are welcome.

A men's breakfast will take place on Saturday, Sept. 15 at 9 a.m. at the church.

Other events are planned for this fall.
