Dunkirk Police

Merle C. Smith, 30, of Columbus Avenue was charged with unsafe backing, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and having no insurance card on Aug. 27.

Julio C. Bautista, 19, of Leopard Street was charged with parking on pavement and unlicensed operation on Aug. 27.

Carmen I. Melendez of West Second Street was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, having a suspended registration and no insurance on Aug. 28.

Andrew R. Sobilo, 23, of North Martin Street was charged with two counts of fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny on Aug. 30.

Melissa T. Lebron, 39, of Maple Avenue was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and petit larceny on Aug. 30 on previous charges.

Darnell A. Baldwin, 26, of Buffalo was charged with improper turn signal and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle on Aug. 30.

James B. Duman, 20, of Wright Street was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle on Aug. 31.

Alexandra Delmont, 24, of Cassadaga was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and petit larceny on Sept. 1 on previous charges.

Troy S. Smith, 40, of Deer Street was charged with disorderly conduct on Sept. 1.

Andrew Diaz, 37, of West Fourth Street was charged with driving while intoxicated and following too closely on Sept. 2.

Jorge L. Nieves, 35, of Lincoln Avenue was charged with criminal mischief and criminal trespass on Sept. 1.

Jeremy D. Soto, 26, of Franklin Avenue was charged with criminal trespass on Sept. 3.

Rodney Clyburn, 32, of Buffalo was charged with disorderly conduct on Sept. 6 on a previous charge.

Silver Creek Village Court

Alicia L. Armstead, 28, of Buffalo, was given a six-month adjournment in contemplation of dismissal on a charge of criminal possession of stolen property.

Jordyn Daniels, 27, of Celoron, pleaded guilty to resisting arrest and was fined $455. Another charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed.

Daniel L. Gray, 26, of Warren, Pa., was arraigned for driving while intoxicated. His case was adjourned to Nov. 7.

Aaron L. Green, 27, of Depew, pleaded guilty to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and was fined $285.

Z. Iliohan-Blumepif, 22, of Silver Creek, was arraigned for aggravated unlicensed operation and suspended registration. Her case is scheduled for Oct. 3.

A 16-year-old Silver Creek boy was arraigned for criminal possession of stolen property and was adjourned to Oct. 3.

Frederick N. Johnson, 34, of Niagara Falls, pleaded guilty to unlicensed operation and was fined $160.

Toni L. Kelley, 44, of Silver Creek, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated. She will be sentenced Nov. 7.

A 17-year-old Silver Creek boy was arraigned on four counts of petit larceny and two counts of criminal possession of stolen property. He was released to his mother and returns Nov. 7.

An 18-year-old Silver Creek boy was arraigned for fourth-degree grand larceny. His case will be transferred to County Court in Mayville.

Kenneth R. Owen, 66, of Irving, was found guilty of driving while ability impaired after a stipulated facts trial. He was fined $760 and his license suspended 90 days.

E.R. Ramos-Escalera, 25, of Buffalo, pleaded guilty to unlicensed operation and was fined $160.

Nick A. Restivo, 51, of Irving, pleaded guilty to unlicensed operation and paid $160.

Joshua D. Scheffer, 28, of Silver Creek, received a six-month adjournment in contemplation of dismissal on issuing a bad check. He must pay $140 restitution.

Wigberto Torres-Rodriguez, 59, of Dunkirk, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated. He will be sentenced Oct. 3.
