SILVER CREEK - The combined team of Dunkirk-Silver Creek edged Fredonia, 94-89, in CCAA Division 1 girls' swimming action Tuesday afternoon in Silver Creek.
Double winners for Dunkirk-Silver Creek were Katie Cymerman and Anna Hartinger while Riley Drummond had a Sectional-qualifying time in the 100 backstroke.
Cymerman won the 200-yard freestyle in a time of 2:27.58 while taking first in the 100 freestyle in a time of 1:04.45. Hartinger was first in the 200 IM (2:39.44) and 500 freestyle (6:27.04) while Drummond touched the wall in a time of 1:09.04.
For Fredonia, Katie Webster took first in the 100 breaststroke (1:19.90) and the 100 butterfly (1:13.76).
