SILVER CREEK - Anna Hartinger was a double winner for Silver Creek-Dunkirk, but it wasn't enough as the Black Knights were edged, 98-85, by Frewsburg, Thursday in a non-league swim meet.
Hartinger placed first in the 200 meter freestyle in a time of 2:16.42 and added a first-place finish in the 100 freestyle in 1:01.82.
Morgan Scarpino won two individual events for Frewsburg. She took first in the 50 freestyle (:26.92) and the diving event.
Lilly Rollins won the 100 meter butterfly for Silver Creek in 1:21.78.
Southwestern 132, Chaut. Lake 52
MAYVILLE - Sydney Burk, Shelby Lunz and Sydney Thomas were double winners as Southwestern recorded a 132-52 Division 1 girls swimming win over Chautauqua Lake on Thursday.
Burk won the individual medley and the 100 backstroke, Lunz was first in the 50 freestyle and 100 breaststroke, and Thomas captured the 200 and 500 freetyes.
