Jamestown man facing drug charges
JAMESTOWN - A Jamestown man is facing drug charges after an investigation allegedly found a quantity of cocaine.
According to Jamestown Police, around 9:15 a.m. Tuesday officers assisted New York State Police at 225 Weeks St., Jamestown to check a parolee's residence. During the check a quantity of powder cocaine was found at the residence and a search warrant was obtained to further search for illegal contraband.

Jensen Vasquez
Investigators located 18 grams of powder cocaine and parolee Jensen L. Vasquez, 26, was taken into custody the charge of third-degree possession of a controlled substance.
Vasquez was transported to Jamestown City Jail, where he was arraigned and transferred to the Chautauqua County Jail.

Silver Creek Village Court
Jennifer Laspesa, 33, of Main Street, Silver Creek, was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment. She was arraigned and sent to Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of $500 bail. She returns to court Oct. 3.
An 18-year-old Central Avenue male was arraigned for menacing with a weapon. He was remanded to Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of $500 bail and returns to court Oct. 3.
Randall M. Abbey, 32, of Angell Road, was arraigned on a felony charge of criminal possession of stolen property. He was released on his own recognizance and returns to court Nov. 7.
Kevin J. Andres, 49, of Buffalo, was arraigned for driving while intoxicated and returns to court Oct. 3.
Shirley D. Drozdiel, 58, of Dunkirk, was arraigned for aggravated unlicensed operation and will appear October 3.
Reginald A. Kohler, 23, of Monroe Street was arraigned for aggravated unlicensed operation and was adjourned to Nov. 7.
A 17 year old Main Street, Silver Creek boy was arraigned for petit larceny, trespass, unlawful possession of marijuana and curfew. He returns to court Nov. 7.
Amanda J. Weaver, 29, of Jamestown was arraigned for aggravated unlicensed operation, speeding, no registration and no insurance. Her case was adjourned to Nov. 7.
