CATTARAUGUS - Annabelle C. Kelley, 93, a retired cafeteria worker for Cattaraugus Central School, where she worked for many years, died Thursday, September 13, 2012 at the Chautauqua County Home in Dunkirk, NY. Mrs. Kelley lived on South Street in Cattaraugus, NY for many years.
She was born April 25, 1919 in East Otto, NY, the daughter of the late Clarence and MeLizza (Miller) Webster.
Annabelle attended Cattaraugus High School. Together with her husband they ran a gravel and excavating business. She was a member of the New Albion Home Bureau, the Immanuel Lutheran Ladies Aid Society, the Civic League, and the Over Fifty Club of Cattaraugus.

She is survived by one son, Ronald J. (Dianne) Kelley of Dunkirk, NY; two daughters, Jerry M. (William) Bierfeldt of Salamanca, NY, Rita J. (Gary) Mrowka of Dunkirk, NY, a sister, Doris Harvey of Chester, SC, and several grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her spouse, Olin E. Kelley who died in 1999, and whom she married on June 9, 1938 in East Otto, NY, her two brothers, Donald Webster and Vernon Webster and her sister, Edith Hornung
Visitation will be held at the church on Saturday from 11:00 A.M. till Noon.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 15, 2012 at 12:00 P.M. at the Immanuel Lutheran Church of Otto. Rev. Howard Warner, Pastor, will be officiating. Burial will be in the Liberty Park Cemetery in Cattaraugus.
