HANOVER - A Silver Creek youth was issued appearance tickets by the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office on Thursday for petit larceny and grand larceny 4th after a several week long investigation. It is alleged that the 17 year-old male entered several vehicles in the Hanford Bay and Sunset Bay areas in July and removed property. The 17 year-old male is scheduled to appear in the Town of Hanover Court on a later date.

CHERRY CREEK - On Wednesday, a Cherry Creek resident was charged with driving while intoxicated in the Town of Cherry Creek.

Around 1:45 a.m. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies were dispatched to an unwanted subject at a residence in the Town of Cherry Creek. As patrols were responding they were informed the subject had left in a black Dodge Neon.

While approaching the area, deputies observed a black Neon leaving the area. The vehicle was stopped and found to be operated by Terri J. Cartalano, 50, of Cherry Creek, who was the unwanted subject. Following a roadside investigation, Cartalano was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated. Cartalano was released with appearance tickets and will answer that charge in town of Cherry Creek court on a later date.

MAYVILLE - The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office has announced two names to be removed from the county's wanted list.

Charles R. Meachum III, 33, of Jamestown, was wanted by the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office for family court warrant. Meachum III was arrested on Sept. 9 and is to be removed from the Chautauqua County wanted list.

Daniel L. Palmer, 27, of Ripley, was wanted by the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office for second-degree assault. Palmer has been located in Chicago, Ill. and is to be removed from the Chautauqua County wanted list.

Dunkirk Police Department

Daniel A. Osorio-Perez, 34, of Leopard Street was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing on Sept. 12.

Efrain J. Marin-Sanchez, 25, of Leopard Street was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing on Sept. 12.

Jonia M. Marin-Sanchez, 26 of Leopard Street was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing on Sept. 12.

Robert P. Gonzales, 28, of West Second Street was charged with violating the sexual offender registry on Sept. 14.

Erin M. Goodwin, 29, of Franklin Avenue was charged with disorderly conduct on Sept. 14 on a previous charge.

Fredonia Police Department

Chandler A. Graham, 22, of Rochester was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief on Sept. 14. At 2 a.m. police were called to 100 Brigham Road for an unwanted subject. Graham had taken keys from the victim and fled the scene. Two hours later, police were called back to the scene for Graham trying to get into the victim's apartment resulting in damage to the door. Graham was held at Fredonia Police.
