Jamestown man facing 15 counts of sexual abuse
JAMESTOWN - A Jamestown man surrendered to police on 15 counts of sexual abuse allegations against a child and endangering the welfare of a child.
Vaughn Zock, 50, was recently indicted on 11 counts of first-degree sexual abuse, two counts of predatory sexual assault against a minor, first-degree sexual conduct against a child, first-degree criminal sexual act, and endangering the welfare of a child. Zock surrendered to police Friday.

After an investigation, it is alleged Zock committed the offenses over a period of approximately one year.
Zock was arraigned in County Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail with bail set at $200,000 cash or $400,000 property bond.
The Jamestown Police Depart's juvenile victim's unit was assisted by the County District Attorney's office, the Department of Social Services, and the Child Advocacy Program.
Fredonia Police
Melissa A. Mallaber, 39, of South Dayton was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and having a suspended registration on Sept. 14.
Her registration was suspended due to an insurance lapse in August. Mallaber was released on $200 bail and her vehicle was towed.
Dana C. Manza, 20, of Temple Street was charged Friday with unlawful possession of alcohol under 21. At 12:47 a.m. police saw Manza with alcohol. Manza was released on an appearance ticket.
Zakary A. Dorler, 19, of Fredonia-Stockton Road was charged Saturday with unlawful possession of alcohol, having an open container and littering. At 12:25 a.m. police observed Dorler and Richelle L. Dalaba, 18, of Cassadaga with open containers in the parking lot of 79 Water St. Dorler threw down his beverage. Dalaba was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol under 21 and having an open container. Both were released on an appearance ticket.
Oluwaseum Summers, 18, of Grissom Hall, SUNY Fredonia was charged with trespassing Saturday. At 10:30 a.m. police were called to an apartment on East Main Street for the report of an unwanted person. The females residing in the apartment told police Summers was sleeping on the couch. Police woke up Summers, who appeared to be highly intoxicated. He was released on an appearance ticket.
Eric T. Koerner, 18, of Chautauqua Hall, SUNY Fredonia was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct. Police saw Koerner punch another male in the west municipal parking lot at 1:54 a.m. He was released on an appearance ticket.
Kyle E. Madonia, 20, of Forest Place was charged Sunday with unlawful possession of alcohol under 21. At 12:29 a.m. police observed Madonia with alcohol. He was released on an appearance ticket.
Jordan Ott, 18, of Chautauqua Hall, SUNY Fredonia was charged with littering, having an open container and unlawful possession of alcohol under 21 on Sept. 15. Police observed Ott walking on Temple Street with an open container which was later thrown on a lawn. Ott was released on an appearance ticket.
Alyssa Mavaszek, 19, of Hendrix Hall, SUNY Fredonia was charged Sunday with unlawful possession of alcohol under 21 and having an open container. Police saw her walking on a sidewalk on Temple Street with an open container where she attempted to hide the bottle at 2:45 a.m. She was released on an appearance ticket.
Nicholas Coratti, 18, of Hemingway Hall, SUNY Fredonia was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana Sunday. At 12:25 a.m. police saw Coratti putting out a fire on Temple Street. When police stopped to question Coratti about the incident, he was found to have marijuana and a pipe in his pants pocket. He was released on an appearance ticket.
