It was a shutout for goalie Chris McCracken. Point-getters for Coughlan's were Tucker Krauza with the hat trick, AJ Burnside with a goal, and assists from Matt Traniello (three), Justin Jakubowicz (two) and Pat Stiven.
Bernard Jakiela was in net for Roswell.
J&J's 6, Heenans 4
It was a four-goal night for J&J's Mark Jakobik with Andrew Wright adding a goal and an assist, and other helpers coming from Jon Marsillo, Chris Tallchief and Joe Fuhrmann.
Putting points on the board for Heenans were Greg McQuiggan (two goals), Joe Crino and Matt Bromberg. Assists were picked up by Jeff Jamieson (two) and Tony Manzella.

Dom Polski 7, Heenans 8
Josh Polak helped lead his team to the win with two goals and two assists and Cory Dziduch also put up four points with one goal and three assists.
Phil DiFrancisco and Justin Giles each added a goal and two assists. The rest of the goals were scored by John Polak, Mat Ginley and Dave Wright.
Pat Woodman and John Polak had a helper each.
DP's Nick Stott and Tyler Gustafson each picked up two goals and one assist and Byron Vanzile also had thre points with a goal and two assists.
Brandon Renckens and Spencer Koepple had a goal each. Aaron Ballagh and Jeff Carlson picked up assists.
Lil McGills 3, BJ's 3
Two goals by Rob Bajdas, and one by Mark Zaffalon wrapped up the goal scoring in this tied outcome.
Assists were added by Mike Pachol, Matt Mincin (two) and Chris Schurr (two).
BJ's goals were scored by Mike Nelson (two) and Brian Wojcinski, with helpers from Nelson, Don Schiedell, Andrew Wheelock, Mark Wojcinski and Tom O'Connor Jr.

Vineyards Golf Wednesday Morning Ladies Purple Posse League - This week's game was team scramble. The winning teams were with a tie Viki Clark and Audrey Parker, Barb VanDette and Linda DeJoe. The Purple Posse will be playing again on Sept. 26, meeting at 9:30 a.m., teeing off at 10 a.m. This will be the last of the 2012 season. All skill levels are welcome.

Sports Rap with Ed Eaker will air tonight with a full slate of guests scheduled.
From 7-7:30 p.m., Eaker will be joined by Dunkirk head football coach Rob Genco, coach Mario Muscarella and players Edwin Gomez and Zach Torrain. From 7:30-8, Eaker will be joined by coach Frank Jagoda, Bob Patterson, Jim Bunge and quarterback Kevin Burns. From 8-8:30, Eaker will be joined by coach Jim Quinn, running back Marquel Ruiz and tight end Jared Miernik, as well as Rich Catalano.
The show will air on Cable Access Channel 12 in Dunkirk and Channel 5 in Fredonia.
