Stockton resident charged with DWI

State police in Fredonia charged Francis Orazio, 22, with driving while intoxicated on Sunday.

Orazio was stopped for reportedly driving to the left of pavement markings and moving from lane unsafely. He is to be arraigned in Pomfret Court Oct. 23.

The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a burglary that occurred at 11540 Alleghany Road in the Town of Hanover between Aug. 26 and 31. The subjects in this photograph were seen in the area during the time when the crime occurred. Officials would like your assistance to locate these people. They are people of interest whom the Sheriff’s Office would like to interview, and not suspects at this time. If you can identify either person, contact the Sheriff’s Office at 753-4232.

Dunkirk Police

Kenny Anderson, 44, of Stockton was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and scheming to defraud on Sept. 14 on a bench warrant for previous charges.

Greg M. Sosinski, 40, of Grant Avenue was charged with second-degree harassment on Sept. 14.

Michael D. Young, 59, of North Main Street was charged with growing cannabis, unlawful possession of marijuana, tampering with evidence and unlawfully dealing with child on Sept. 14.

Devon M. Kachel-meyer, 19, of North Main Street was charged with growing cannabis, unlawful possession of marijuana, tampering with evidence and unlawfully dealing with child on Sept. 14.

Christopher J. Davis, 37, of Crooked Brook was charged with failure to keep right, having no inspection, having a broken windshield, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while intoxicated, unlawful possession of marijuana and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance on Sept. 15.

Antonio G. Bautista-Lopez, 22, of Brant was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated on Sept. 15.

Bradley S. Halftown, 26, of Lincoln Avenue was charged with disorderly conduct on Sept. 16.

James B. Duman, 20, of Cliffstar Drive was charged with disorderly conduct on Sept. 17.

Samantha A. Reyes, 20, of Cliffstar Drive was charged with disorderly conduct on Sept. 17.

Danielle L. Depastino, 30, of East Courtney Street was charged with using a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle on Sept. 17.

Stephen M. Easley of Lincoln Avenue was charged with third-degree assault and petit larceny on Sept. 18.

Shannon M. Boardman, 19, of Stockton was charged with having no or inadequate headlights and no registration on Sept. 19.
