Thomas DiPietro, 22, of Lake Shore Drive was charged with speeding in a school zone and having no insurance on Sept. 20.
Jason Ziegler, 37, of Brocton was charged with having no insurance on Sept. 20.
Ladarran L. Watts of Lincoln Avenue was charged with second-degree harassment on Sept. 20 on a warrant.

ELLERY - John T. Calhoun, 37, of Dewittville was charged with driving while intoxicated, having a blood alcohol content greater than .08 and failure to yield the right of way on Sept. 21. At 8:05 p.m. deputies responded to a personal injury motor vehicle accident on Route 430 in the town of Ellery. After an investigation, it is alleged Calhoun was intoxicated. The driver of the other vehicle was taken by ambulance to WCA Hospital for non-life threatening injuries. Calhoun was released to a sober party and will appear in the Town of Ellery Court at a later date.
NORTH HARMONY - Gregory Milne, 54, of Dewittville was charged with driving while intoxicated on Sept. 22. At 9:45 a.m. deputies received the call of a person slumped over the wheel of a car on Route 394 in the town of North Harmony. Milne was found to be slumped over upon arrival and later determined to be intoxicated. He was released on an appearance ticket for Town of North Harmony Court at a later date.
