Clymer man charged with criminal contempt
A state trooper traveled to a residence in Mina for a report of a violation of an order of protection. The officer's investigation reports Griswold intentionally placed himself in the presence of the victim, directly in violation of the order of protection, stemming from a prior arrest.
Griswold was processed at state police barracks in Jamestown, arraigned in the town of Sherman Court and released on his own recognizance.
