Fredonia Police Department
Gina Benevento, 29, of North Tonawanda was charged with having a suspended registration and unlicensed operation on Sept. 24. At 8:56 p.m. police were on Bennett Road when the LPR signalled for Benevento's suspended registration. She was released on an appearance ticket.
Nicholas P. Pelsey, 19, of Chestnut Street was charged with a violation of probation/parole on Sept. 25. Pelsey was taken into custody by Dunkirk Police and turned over to Fredonia Police. He was held awaiting arraignment.
Matthew A. Mincin, 21, of Temple Street was charged with having a suspended registration on Sept. 26. Police were on patrol on Temple Street at 6:20 p.m. when the LPR signalled for Mincin's vehicle. His registration was suspended due to an insurance lapse. Mincin was released on an appearance ticket.
Peter S. Mleczko, 21, of Dunkirk was charged with violating the sewer ordinance on Sept. 28. He was observed urinating on Norton Place and appeared highly intoxicated. He was taken back to Fredonia Police and released to his mother. When he was leaving police headquarters at 3:24 a.m. police could hear Mleczko shouting obscenities outside. Mleczko was subsequently charged with disorderly conduct and released on an appearance ticket for both charges.
Seth A. Snyder, 27, of Irving was charged with having no headlights and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle on Sept. 28. At 1:49 a.m. police observed Snyder driving with no headlights on Water Street. He was released on $350 bail.
Kevin C. Perry, 20, of Dunkirk and Brody B. Kolassa, 18, of Berry Street were charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and having an open container on Sept. 28. At 1:42 a.m. police observed both Perry and Kolassa with an open container on the Church Street side of Barker Common. Both were released on an appearance ticket.

Ashley Griggs, 25, of South Main Street was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and obstruction on Sept. 25 on a bench warrant.
