HAMBURG - Evans Bank., parent company Evans Bancorp, Inc., welcomes Eric M. Hepkins as Vice President of Retail Customer Experience. Eric will be responsible for branch distribution strategy, including managing the overall customer experience and sales function for the 13 Evans Bank branches located throughout Western New York.
Hepkins brings with him over 11 years of banking experience from HSBC and First Niagara, demonstrating success in a variety of positions across those organizations, including senior roles in technology, project delivery, and retail banking. Serving recently as Retail Banking Sales Manager with HSBC, Hepkins was directly responsible for the management and sales leadership of a bank branch network stretching from Western New York to Chicago, IL.
