Liberty Vineyards & Winery announces new wine releases

October 9, 2012
The OBSERVER

SHERIDAN - Liberty Vineyards & Winery of Sheridan recently celebrated the release of two new wines.

"We are really happy that we were able to bottle and release these two great wines during our busy harvest season," Beth Margolis, Marketing Manager at the winery, said. "They've only been on the shelves for a few days, but the response to them has already been fantastic."

The two new wines include Trifection and Chocolette.

"Trifection is a semi-sweet and sophisticated blend of three white grape varieties. It is a great dinner wine for those who prefer a wine that is slightly sweet," Margolis explained. Chocolette is a sweet red wine that is infused with natural chocolate flavor.

According to Margolis, "Chocolette is a perfect after-dinner wine. Try it with fresh berries and cream or pour it over vanilla ice cream." Both of the new wines are available in the winery.

Liberty Vineyards & Winery is a small, family owned winery producing over 20 wines from locally grown grapes. The winery is located at 2861 Route 20 in Sheridan, and is open for tastings and sales Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sundays 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Visit www.libertywinery.com for more information.
