DHS pool announces new Aquasize class
The Dunkirk High School Pool announces it will be offering a new class called Deep Water Aquasize. The class will be offered on Tuesday and Thursday evenings running through Nov. 20 from 8 to 9 p.m. The cost for this program will be $4 per class or $30 for the entire session. This is a beneficial low- to no-impact workout to strengthen and tone the core. It uses the resistance and buoyancy of the water to allow participants to experience exercise without the impact of the ground.
