Michael Tramuta (left), who operates the Rational Emotional Behavior Therapy Program, was presented with the Beacon of Hope Award at the recent drug court graduation program in Dunkirk by City Court Judge Walter Drag (right). Tramuta has worked with drug court participants as well as many others who are on the road to recovery.
