Cait Mihalic and Timothy Wallenhorst, together with their families, announce their engagement. Mihalic is the daughter of Michael Mihalic of Fredonia and Cathy Mihalic of Buffalo. Tim is the son of Paul and Susan Wallenhorst of Forestville.
The bride-to-be is a 2006 graduate of Fredonia High School and a 2010 graduate of SUNY Geneseo, where she earned a B.A. in psychology and a minor in dance. She is currently pursuing a master's degree in school psychology at the University at Buffalo.
The prospective groom is a 2001 graduate of Northern Chautauqua Catholic School, a 2005 graduate of St. Francis High School, and a 2009 graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology, where he earned bachelor's degrees in finance and economics. He is currently employed at First Niagara Bank as an assistant portfolio manager.
