Major Steven S. Bartley, formerly of Fredonia, recently graduated from the Naval War College, in Newport, R.I.
Bartley was simultaneously enrolled in the Naval Command and Staff Course as well as the Maritime Advanced Warfighter School. He earned a master of arts in national security and strategic studies, as well as the designation as a Joint Operational Planner.
Bartley will be relocating to Europe for duty with the 18th Military Police Brigade.
