Jacqueline J. Smith (Slater), age 83, of Fredonia, NY, died Thursday, October 18, 2012 at the Heritage Green Rehab and Skilled Nursing Facility with her family by her side. Arrangements will be announced by the Larson-Timko Funeral Home, Fredonia (679-9000).
