Two arrests; one at-large in Dunkirk drug raid
A drug raid in Dunkirk has led to two arrests but one suspect is still at large and wanted by police for felony drug charges.
The city of Dunkirk Police, in conjunction with the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force (STRDTF), concluded a six-month long investigation into the sale of crack cocaine in the 400 block of Deer Street.
A search warrant was issued and a raid conducted at 425 Deer St. Friday evening. Two men, Stephen Easley, 25, of Lincoln Avenue, Dunkirk, and Mykal Andino, 20, of Rochester, were in the residence at the time of the raid. Detectives allege each were in possession of crack cocaine packaged for street-level sale. Each was charged with two felony counts, third- and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Both were locked up in Dunkirk City Jail pending arraignment in Dunkirk City Court.
A third suspect, Brenda Carter-Doucette, 50, who lives at the residence where the raid was conducted, was not at the residence at the time of the raid. She is wanted on the same two charges.
The charges result from undercover purchases of crack cocaine by STRDTF agents over the last several months. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Carter-Doucette are encouraged to contact the Dunkirk Police Depart-ment.

Fredonia Police Department
Lucas M. Trautman, 18, of Orchard Street was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle on Oct. 17. At 8:55 a.m. police observed Trautman driving with a suspended license on Eagle Street. He was held pending arraignment.
Joshua T. Gura, 21, of Water Street was charged with petit larceny on Oct. 18. At 3:08 a.m. police observed Gura running down Main Street with a street sign and post. The sign had been taken from Center Street. He was released on an appearance ticket.
Jamestown woman charged with DWI
On Sunday, Vanessa Buck, 26, of Jamestown was charged with driving while intoxicated. A trooper pulled her over in the Kwik Fill parking lot on Route 60 in Jamestown for failing to dim her high beams.
She reportedly failed several field sobriety tests and was transported to the state police barracks in Jamestown. The breath sample she provided there was reported to be .10 percent.
Buck was processed, issued tickets returnable to the Town of Ellicott Court and released to a sober individual.
