JAMESTOWN - Investigators from the Jamestown Police Department and the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET) have added several charges to Jack E. Kincaid, 50, of Jamestown who was charged on Oct. 18 for selling marijuana and prescription pills from his pizza business at 212 Fairmount Ave. and via delivery. Investigators executed two more search warrants at two separate locations leading to the additional charges. Investigators searched 11 Fairview Ave., Jamestown and found marijuana and cash at this location. Investigators also searched 321 Newland and located a large marijuana growing operation inside the home which investigators seized a large quantity of marijuana and cash from this location. Kincaid was charged with three counts of fourth-degree criminal sale of marijuana and two counts of fourth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
Villenova accident injures one
VILLENOVA - A accident Saturday morning sent one to the hospital. Mollie J. Kent, 21, of Ellicottville was traveling west on Route 322 and went off the north side of the highway entering a ditch. The vehicle driven by Kent struck a driveway and came to rest after striking a tree. Kent was transported to Brooks Memorial Hospital by South Dayton Rescue for a back injury. No charges have been filed at this time.
