Alexis M. Diaz, 33, of Franklin Avenue was charged with second-degree assault and second-degree menacing on Oct. 14.
Zoraida Olasio-Sepulveda, 39, of Main Street was charged with having no headlights and unlicensed operation on Oct. 15.
Alice E. Eichelberger, 55, of Fredonia was charged with petit larceny on Oct. 15.
Edward T. Wilson, 17, of Deer Street was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign and unlicensed operation on Oct. 16.
David Rivera, 53, of King Street was charged with violating the noise ordinance on Oct. 17.
Thomas A. Schumaker, 35, of Brocton was charged with second-degree menacing and second-degree harassment on Oct. 17.
Marisol Mendez, 29, of East Lake Road was charged with petit larceny and second-degree criminal trespassing on Oct. 18.
Theresa A. Spina, 44, of Lincoln Avenue was charged with having no registration on Oct. 18.
Jonathan M. Tresler, 23, of Fredonia was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign on Oct. 18.
Samara N. Mosley, 28, of Jamestown was charged with failure to pay fines on Oct. 20 from a previous charge.
Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office
Daniel Bonafede, 27, of Irving was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se .08 BAC or higher, speeding, uninspected motor vehicle and having an open container inside a motor vehicle on Oct. 19. At 1:18 a.m. deputies observed a vehicle speeding on Route 20 in the town of Pomfret. The vehicle was stopped with Bonafede being the operator. He was found to be intoxicated. He was released on appearance tickets for Pomfret Court.
FORESTVILLE - Tyler Shear, 18, of King Road was charged with second-degree harassment on Oct. 19. At 4:20 p.m. deputies, along with New York State Police, responded to Center Street in the village of Forestville for a harassment complaint. Shear allegedly harassed and threatened another person. He was released on an appearance ticket for the Town of Hanover Court.
MAYVILLE - On Oct. 13, David Gray, 48, of Mayville was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right and a turning violation at about 2:15 a.m.
Deputies reported seeing a vehicle fail to keep right on Route 394. Gray was found to be the operator of the vehicle. Further investigation led to the charge of driving while intoxicated.
Gray was released with traffic tickets for the Town of Chautauqua Court where he is to appear at a later date.
MINA - On Saturday afternoon, Andrew S. Vanevery, 24, was charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right.
Reportedly, Vanevery was traveling south on Route 426 when he crossed over the center of the roadway and struck a vehicle traveling north. Both vehicles went off the east side of the roadway. Sheriff's deputies were dispatched to investigate the accident. Vanevery was reportedly intoxicated and is scheduled for the Town of Mina Court at a later date.
CASSADAGA - On Sunday at about 2:30 a.m., Anthony Santora, 18, of Bethlehem, Conn. and Miguel Ortiz, 19, of Rochester were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and underaged possession of alcohol.
Sheriff's patrol stopped the vehicle operated by Santora on Maple Avenue for insufficient brake lamps. Santora was also charged with driving while ability impaired (combination drugs and alcohol) and open container in the vehicle.
Both were taken into custody and later released with appearance tickets for Stockton Town Court at a future date.
State Police at Collins
On October 14, troopers charged Evan Luke, 23, of State Route 438 in Irving with driving while intoxicated, following an early morning motor vehicle accident on State Route 438.
Troopers received a call from the Erie County Sheriffs reporting an accident. They found that Luke had been southbound when he lost control, went off the road, and struck a utility pole.
Luke was processed at state police barracks in Collins where a breath test was administered to him. The test reportedly showed a blood alcohol content of .14 percent.
Luke was released and is due in the Town of Collins Court in November.
PERRYSBURG - On Thursday, troopers charged Chad Stevens, 46, of Lane Drive in Irving with unlawful possession of marijuana.
Troopers stopped Stevens for speeding on Peck Hill Road. While speaking to him, they found him in possession of a glass pipe with marijuana in it. He is due in Perrysburg Town Court in November.
