TOPS Take Off Pounds Sensibly, Chapter No. NY 1094 Brocton has moved to a new handicap-friendly location. The club is now located at the Fellowship Church, 148 Main St. in Brocton (next to the school).
Meetings start with weigh in from 5 to 5:30 p.m. followed by an informational and supportive program for weight loss until 6:30.
At last week's meeting, the club had 14 members who weighed in for a loss of 17 lbs. and a small gain of .4 lbs. for a net loss of 16.6 lbs. The best loser this week lost more than 3 lbs.
The group welcomes women, men and teens to come to the meetings with their first meeting free. There is a small membership fee to join.
