Editor, OBSERVER:
When the president was asked who denied the added security, he went on to say that the day after the assault in Libya, he added additional security to all embassies in the Middle East.
How nice that was, but a bit after the fact. He mentioned that he was personally involved with the ambassadors and their families, yet when they asked for additional security just before the attack, he ignored their request.
He calls himself our Commander-in-chief. More like our Commander Mischief. (This is just like the farmer who closes the barn door after the cows run out).
I just hope that all those who voted for him now realize that they made a big mistake, and this time vote for intelligence, dignity, leadership and integrity.
