Two subjects have been arrested in a stalking case involving a victim with tourette's syndrome.
According to Dunkirk Police, Ryan J. Hudson, 18, and Matthew Colon, 18, both of Dunkirk were charged with stalking in the fourth degree. Hudson and Colon allegedly stalked the victim in their vehicle around several streets while the victim was riding his bicycle. The subjects are scheduled for arraignment in City Court on Nov. 19.
"This type of behavior is unacceptable and we urge anyone who witnesses this kind of activity to contact the Dunkirk Police Department immediately when it is happening," Police Chief David Ortolano stated. "We are sending the message that this will not be tolerated and arrests will be made when at all possible."
The Dunkirk Police Department was assisted in the investigation by the Chautauqua County
District Attorney's Office.
