Raymond S. Rodriguez, 39, of West Second Street was charged with petit larceny on Oct. 23.

Robert Cavender, 56, of Jamestown was charged with disorderly conduct on Oct. 30 from a previous charge.

Jessie L. Cain, 28, of Lord Street was charged with second-degree harassment on Oct. 30.

Alvin S. Jusino, 17, of West Fifth Street was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon on Oct. 30.

Leslie H. Heckathorn Jr., 17, of West Fifth Street was charged with disorderly conduct on Oct. 30.

Daniel Sanjuan, 17, of Columbus Avenue was charged with harassment on Oct. 31.

A 16-year-old female from Deer Street was charged with disorderly conduct on Nov. 1.

Traiquane C. Nance, 23, of Plover Street was charged with failure to signal within 100 feet, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlawful possession of marijuana on Nov. 1.

Shaqua L. McCullum, 19, of Roosevelt Avenue was charged with facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation on Nov. 1.

Rafael A. Pagan, 28, of Maple Avenue was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and unlawful possession of marijuana on Nov. 1.

Sarah K. Storey, 32, of West Green Street was charged with having no registration on Nov. 1.

Anthony L. Irizarry, 20, of East Doughty Street was charged with obstruction of governmental administration on Nov. 1 on a previous charge.

HANOVER - On Oct. 23, a Dunkirk man was arrested for fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Around 1:20 a.m., Ryan Hudson, 19, of Dunkirk, was a patient being evaluated in the emergency department of Lake Shore Hospital when he became very agitated and began to damage hospital property.

Hudson was issued an appearance ticket for fourth-degree criminal mischief. He will appear in court on a later date to answer the charge.

BUSTI - On Tuesday, a Panama man was charged with petit larceny and two counts of second-degree harassment.

Around 10:30 p.m. on Monday, sheriff's deputies took a complaint from a Harmony resident concerning stolen and forged checks and an ongoing harassment issue. It is alleged Scott E. McChesney, 22, of Panama, stole checks and was harassing a victim.

On Tuesday at around 1:30 a.m., deputies located McChesney and took him into custody. He was charged with petit larceny and two counts of second-degree harassment. He was arraigned in the Busti Town Court and sent to the Chautauqua County Jail pending $1,000 bail.
