Troy A. Hess, 20, of King Street was charged with having driver's view obstructed and unlicensed operation on Nov. 1.

Deborah A. Gardner, 56, of Webster Street was charged with issuing a bad check on Nov. 2.

Cassandra C. Liddle, 26, of Webster Street was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic needle on Nov. 2.

Guillermo Rivera, 35, of King Street was charged with failure to yield the right of way on Nov. 2.

Michael A. Ortiz, 18, of South Roberts Road was charged with unlicensed operation and having driver's view obstructed on Nov. 2.

Amanda L. Ross, 27, of Webster Street was charged with having no headlights and no registration on Nov. 3.

Fred A. Arcoraci, 82, of Columbus Avenue was charged with failure to use lane, having no registration and no insurance on Nov. 6.

Victor O. Sanchez, 26, of West Third Street was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment on Nov. 7.

Antonio Santos, 18, of East Second Street was charged with having inadequate stop lamps, unlicensed operation, having no inspection and unsafe tires on Nov. 7.
