Around 11:40 a.m., sheriff's deputies on patrol observed a suspicious vehicle parked at the intersection of Shumla Road and Tarbox Road in the Town of Arkwright.
Upon checking the sole occupant of the vehicle, Ryan D. Morley, 25, of Cassadaga, deputies allege Morley was in possession of a small quantity of marijuana.
He was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and released with an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Arkwright Court at a later date.
