Amber C. John, 22, of Forest Place was charged with violating the noise ordinance on Friday. Police were called to a complaint of loud music on Forest Place at 11:37 p.m. and could hear music coming from the house while on the street. John was released on an appearance ticket.
Brian T. Jackson, 21, of Lambert Avenue was charged with having an open container Saturday. At 1:55 a.m. police observed Jackson walking on Day Street yelling and being disorderly. He also was in possession of an open container. He was released on an appearance ticket.
Toni M. Gatto, 23, of Westfield was charged with having an open container and unlawful possession of a hypodermic needle Saturday. At 12:20 a.m. police observed Gatto standing on Water Street with a liquor bottle. When she was searched, she was found to have hypodermic needles in her front pocket. She was held on $500 bail.
Amanda B. Weber, 24, of Dunkirk was charged with a warrant Sunday. She was taken into custody on a warrant for failure to pay fines. She was released on an appearance ticket.
Jason T. Guy, 21, of Day Street was charged with two counts of second-degree harassment Sunday. At 2:44 a.m. police were called to a residence on Day Street for the report of Guy threatening other residents who were inside at the time. Police were also called to this residence two times prior in the evening for destructive behavior by Guy. He was held on $500 bail and sent to the Chautauqua County Jail.
Theresa J. Cuipylo, 20, of Central Avenue was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol, having an open container and littering Saturday. At 11:46 p.m. police saw Cuipylo throw a bottle containing alcohol in to bushes on Central Avenue. She was released on an appearance ticket.
