Lucille M. Cobb, 90, of Fredonia died Thursday morning (Nov. 15, 2012) at the Chautauqua County Home in Dunkirk.
She was born Feb. 9, 1922 in the town of Arkwright, the daughter of the late William Burgun and Martha (Bartowski) Burgun Harde.
A lifelong resident of Fredonia, Mrs. Cobb had been employed as a waitress at the White Inn in Fredonia for over 30 years and retired from Your Host Restaurant in Dunkirk.

She was a parishioner of St. Joseph Church in Fredonia.
Survivors include one son, Arthur Cobb of The Villages, Fla.; two daughters, Beverly Orazio of Fredonia and Bonnie (Nicholas) Rizzo of Portland; one brother, William Burgun of Brocton; 16 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; 16 great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold C. Cobb; one son, Harold W. Cobb; two brothers, Andrew Sikorski and Raymond Burgun; and two sisters, Irene Jankowski and Ethel Tylock.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial which will be celebrated Monday morning at 10 o'clock in St. Joseph Church in Fredonia. (Please use side entrance). Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the McGraw-Kowal Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Chautauqua County Home.
