Becky L. Donisi, 32, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation on Nov. 17. At 11:48 p.m. police stopped Donisi on Water Street for speeding. It was discovered her license was suspended fore failure to answer summons. She was released on $250 bail and her vehicle was towed.
Eli N. Dietrich, 19, of Center Road was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol on Nov. 20. Dietrich was observed carrying beer to his vehicle at 9:30 p.m which policed believed Dietrich to be underage. He was released on an appearance ticket.

BUSTI - No injuries were reported after a fire destroyed a house in Busti.
On Thursday around 1:30 p.m., 911 dispatchers received a report of a house fire at 1972 Hoag Road. The Ashville Fire Department responded and found the interior of the house fully involved in fire. Ashville was assisted by Bemus Point, Busti, Celoron, Chautauqua, Kiantone, Lakewood, Panama and Sherman fire departments.
The Chautauqua County Fire Investigation Team responded to assist in determining the origin and cause of the fire. The fire damage lead investigators to the kitchen, where it was discovered that a stove burner had been left on. No one was home at the time of the fire; there were no reported injuries. The house was a total loss and an emergency demolition was required. The fire has been ruled accidental in nature. The Red Cross was called in to assist the homeowner and her grandson.
HANOVER - On Wednesday, an Irving man was jailed after being stopped for a warrant.
Around 3:45 p.m., deputies stopped Brett Plucinski, 23, of Irving, on York Road because Plucinski had a warrant for his arrest from the Town of Sheridan for failing to pay a fine. While Plucinski was being taken into custody, it was allegedly discovered he was in possession of a controlled substance and marijuana.
Plucinski was arraigned and committed to the Chautauqua County Jail and will answer the charges of seventh-degree Criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana in Hanover court.
JAMESTOWN - On Thursday, an Ashville man was charged with driving while intoxicated, third-degree aggravated uninsured operator and three vehicle violations after a traffic stop.
Around 2:05 a.m., sheriff's deputies observed a vehicle traveling south on Foote Avenue with three different equipment violations. The vehicle was stopped and the operator was identified as Joshua C. Burger, 26, of Ashville. Following an investigation, Burger was arrested for driving while intoxicated. A check of his driver's history shows his license is also suspended.
Burger was taken into custody and charged with DWI, blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, third-degree aggravated uninsured operator, window tint with less than 70 percent light admittance, insufficient stop lamps, and loud exhaust.
Burger was released with appearance tickets for the Jamestown City Court at a later date.
