Forestville woman charged in harassment, choking

FORESTVILLE - A 45-year-old village woman was in Chautauqua County Jail after an alleged harassment and choking.

Chautauqua County sheriff's deputies report Cindysue Hale was involved in an altercation on Thanksgiving morning at 5 at a village residence. She was charged with second-degree harassment, criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree unlawful imprisonment.

She was arraigned in town of Hanover court. Deputies were assisted by the Silver Creek police.
