WESTFIELD - The Chautauqua County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the addition of John Rawlinson as Coordinator for the Westfield-Barcelona Community Chamber of Commerce.
He brings a wealth of experience to the position having lived in the community over 33 years, including serving as the Director of the Westfield Development Corp.
Coordinator Rawlinson is filling a position that has been vacant for the Westfield-Barcelona Chamber for several years. The Chautauqua County Chamber and the Community Chamber Development Corporation are excited to renew the commitment to the Westfield area business community with John's leadership and a re-energized committee of directors.
Chautauqua County Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Todd Tranum said, "We are fortunate to get an individual like John, with his experience and passion for his community, to help us grow the opportunities for businesses in the Westfield area. I am confident John and the Chamber team will be a positive influence."
Rawlinson stated, "Over the next few months I will be making contact with members of the Westfield-Barcelona business community and update you on our progress and activity. Our first priority is to develop a leadership team and then developing a strategy to increase sales and reduce costs."
