James L. "Chippy" Cieplinski, 65, of Dunkirk died Thursday morning (Nov. 29, 2012) at Hamot Medical Center in Erie, Pa.
He was born Nov. 9, 1947 in Dunkirk, the son of the late Leo and Lorraine (Wysocki) Cieplinski.
A lifelong resident of Dunkirk, Mr. Cieplinski was employed by Cott Beverages in Dunkirk.
Survivors include his wife, Doreen "Dee" (Dobrinski) Cieplinski; one daughter, Deborah (Gregg) Skubis of Fredonia; three grandchildren, Noah, Taylor and Hana Skubis; one sister, Maryjane Russo of Dunkirk; one brother, Daniel (Gayle) Cieplinski of Cassadaga; and several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held at a date to be announced. There will be no calling hours. Arrangements are by the McGraw-Kowal Funeral Home.
